Contact by email or telephone
You can contact EIWTC using your own email or telephone application. The public website does not collect enquiry form entries, accept bookings or process payments. We receive the information you choose to provide when you contact us, such as your name, contact details and project requirements.
The purpose of processing is to answer enquiries, prepare or perform requested services and manage business relationships. Depending on the context, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures or contract performance) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries). EIWTC uses Google Workspace to operate its info@eiwtc.lu mailbox and handle email correspondence. Enquiry data that does not lead to a contractual relationship is generally deleted within three months after the enquiry has been finally handled, unless statutory retention obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims require longer storage.
Website functions and external links
The website code contains no advertising scripts, external fonts, Google Analytics, embedded map or audio player and does not set non-essential tracking cookies. Downloading a document saves a copy to your device. Following an external link opens the selected provider’s website. An email link only prepares a message in your application; you decide whether to send it.
Hosting and access
The website is prepared for hosting with OVHcloud, operated by OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France, using EU-based hosting. When the website is accessed, technical connection and server-log data may be processed as necessary to deliver, operate and secure the website. The processing is based on our legitimate interest in reliable and secure website operation under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. OVHcloud acts under the applicable contractual data-processing arrangements.
The public website does not provide an account area, automated customer messaging or AI-based processing of visitor enquiries.
Your rights
Depending on the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your personal data, object to processing, and request portability. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Contact EIWTC using the details above. You may also lodge a complaint with Luxembourg’s Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD).
