- Which functions are critical to continued operation?
- What happens locally if power, network or a server is unavailable?
- Who can act, and which manual procedures are feasible?
- How is normal operation restored and verified?
Resilience Advisory
Preparing for disruption. Carefully and realistically.

An area we are developing.
Resilience Advisory is a developing area within EIWTC. Its focus is the relationship between physical access, IT dependencies and operational continuity. We help structure the technical questions around sensitive areas, fallback procedures and recovery, in coordination with the responsible specialists.
- Organisational and technical resilience
- Operational continuity during disruption
- Failure scenarios and dependencies
- Protection of critical functions
- Access to sensitive rooms and equipment
- Coordination with IT and operational responsibilities
As an initial scope discussion when continuity or failure scenarios form part of a security project.
A central system may be available under normal conditions while the consequences of its loss remain undefined. This advisory field is still in development.
- Subject to scope agreement: a structured list of dependencies and open questions
- A basis for deciding which further specialist assessments are needed
- Critical functions and dependencies
- Existing contingency arrangements
- Defined limits of the proposed assignment
Bring the project.
We help structure the decisions.
Tell us the building’s use, your project phase and the question you need to resolve. Existing plans, a door schedule or a draft specification provide a useful starting point.
We clarify the advice needed and agree the next step with you. Project work may cover a functional concept, technical specifications, tender comparison or coordination through testing and handover.
Enquire about a consultation€150 net per consultation appointment, plus VAT
Discuss your requirements, available documents and next planning decisions. Detailed concepts, specifications and further project support are scoped and quoted separately.
Sending an enquiry does not book a paid appointment. The appointment and its terms are agreed with you beforehand.
